RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

1. REFUNDS 

At The Terracotta Store, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality terracotta products and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our handcrafted items, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed.

2. CANCELLATIONS 

We understand that circumstances may change. You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp. Our customer support team will be happy to assist you.

3. REPLACEMENTS 

We take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace it for you.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  1. You must provide an unboxing video as proof of the damage. The video should clearly show the damaged product and its packaging.
  2. You must claim the replacement within 30 hours of the order being delivered.
  3. You must pack and return the damaged product to its source address. The customer will bear the return shipping charges.
